Our service desk is the central point of contact for those responsible for easylearn, when it comes to technical information, questions or problems relating to the easylearn software.

If you have regular service or support inquiries, it is worth creating a personal account in our «easylearn Service Desk» portal, where you can view and process existing inquiries at any time and enter new inquiries quickly and easily. If you do not want to register, the easiest way to contact us is by email.

How do I know whether the easylearn support or service desk can answer my question?

Our service desk is the central point of contact for existing easylearn customers, primarily for those responsible for easylearn such as easylearn application owners. End-user concerns are usually handled internally by the easylearn customers themselves and not via our service desk, unless this is regulated accordingly in a support contract. The responsible body in your company for your concerns about easylearn can be found in your easylearn system in the Info menu under «General. Responsibilities».

What do I have to do if I have forgotten my password for easylearn?

In the easylearn help system you will find instructions on how to reset your password.

How do I proceed if an easylearn employee needs access to my computer for my request?

If it is necessary as part of a request that has already been placed, our responsible employee will connect via the TeamViewer remote maintenance software directly to your computer. This is how you both see what you are talking about. If after consultation with our employee appropriate access is required, you can start the remote maintenance software as follows:
