Four steps to project success

easylearn project management guides you to project success in four steps. The contents are individually tailored to the specifics and goals of your project as well as the conditions at your company. Of course, the project phases for different topics can also be implemented so that they overlap.

Planning phase

The project is usually started with a kick-off meeting. During this, the goals and target groups are defined along with the responsibilities and milestones. The kick-off results in a clear project plan, which is used to organise the work and the further measure the progress of the project. 

Design phase

After kick-off, the project group works together to develop the easylearn concept. It will contain descriptions of the training organisation and all relevant processes. All the technical information about the installation of easylearn, the different user profiles with their authorisations and the training controlling are also documented for the subsequent implementation.

Realisation phase

easylearn is installed on the basis of the defined concept, it is parameterised and the users are recorded and granted the appropriate rights.

After an introductory training, all the learning content is created and prepared. This comprises the learning activities and courses, the topics and events and the e-learning courses with all content details.

Implementation phase

Once the learning platform is ready for use and the users and the contents have been defined, everything is in place for successful learning with easylearn. To ensure that the defined goals will actually be achieved, a pilot is usually carried out with a limited circle of users before rollout to the entire organisation. After optimisation has taken place, it is released to everyone.
